Pretty good episode so far and thank you for your efforts!
but the sound in this episode is damaging :(
-Overall sound of the episode is a little low, i have to put volume @80% to get acceptable volume.
-7md and 7sain have pretty low voice compared to besho, i have to volume up when 7md talks and volume down when besho talks.
-@24:00 the music is too loud that it blocks most of the voice.
-@44:00+ there is an annoying white noise only when 7md speaks.

I’m still listening to the episode, but I think you guys had enough fun bashing FFXIII the past 3 episodes. It’s time to leave it behind and move on.
Audio quality was varying throughout the podcast. Some of the music used as BGM was at times a little louder than the voices, and per the previous comments suggested, 7sain and 7md’s voices require some kind of amplifying.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Little Big Planet 2 talk.
I would also like to point out that Lionhead Studios’s game that made Peter Molyneux so popular was a game hebmade before they were called Lionhead called Populous. It was another God-sim game, which paved the way for games like Black & White and Fable. Check it out.
I would also like to point out that Dead Rising was released on Xbox 360 and Wii, the game actually DOES have a goal (not just mindless zombie killing) which involves journalist Frank West being trapped in a shopping mall and he has 3 days to survive until a rescue helicopter comes. In these 3 days you get to meet and interact with survivors and fight fun boss battles (I don’t want to say more so 7sain doesn’t pop out of my screen and say “spoiler” but it had to be said). Why not give the game a shot? It’s a lot of fun. Dead Rising 2 will give the player the ability to combine different items found throughout the place to make better weapons. It also stars a totally new protagonist, so no Frank West this time around.

regarding FF13 I have nothing to say as I didnt play it yet , all I have is the players feedback, I loved 12 while 90% of the players hated so maybe?
all videos for Dead Rising 2 showed stupid dump zombies being cut by a tool…gathering point for that. i wish they showed more interesting videos.

about the rage moments i had in VGs . .
1-FFX ! was fine up untill the final boss fight and ending ! i mean . . WTH ?!!
2-Shadow Hearts 2 ! the game was awesome ! 2nd game in the franchise and everything was great till i saw the ending :S they simply killed all reason to play any sequels :(
3-MGS2 . . finished the same day i bought it ! all of that because i was rushing through the game looking for Solid Snake :_(
4- Xenosaga (1st game) . . disaster . . after playing Xenogears you would expect more . . not this POS !
5- Suikouden 3 and 4 . . both disappointed me . . don`t take me wrong i loved 3 but wasn`t satisfied with endings . . 4 was BS . .
6- Star Ocean Till the End of Time . . i was SOO into the game till i reached 1 point where they simply destroyed all my admiration . . .
7-Resident Evil 3 . . . no comment on this one . . as a matter of fact, the RE franchise is going downhill . . 1 was great, 2 was epic ! 3 was meh . . 4 was awesome ! i thought they will revive the series ! but no . . 5 was a disaster . . it was more of a shooter than puzzles . . stupid puzzles . .
well . . that`s all i remember for now . . give up on the challenge as i wasn`t a hardcore PC gamer at the time . . not even now too :P

I understand you haven’t played the game and everything, but the past 3 episodes have started the same: FF13 sucks, FF13 is not an RPG, etc, etc, etc…
Just got a little repetitive. :P
Anyways, I finished listening to the podcast, I am quite sure I don’t know where the music came from, but being a fan of Grim Fandango back then I’d have to say it reminded me of that game. LUCAS ARTS! RE-MAKE/PORT GRIM FANDANGO FOR US!
I have an idea for the podcast actually, why not add a segment at the end of the episode highlighting the games that would be released in a 2 week window, or up until the next episode? You could just mention noteworthy games if you guys like, just to keep a heads up for those who don’t regularly check up on release dates. This could come before or after the comments segment so it fits anywhere really.
And thats it.

about FF13, it’s not repetition, while the 1st time we mentioned it was 1st impression, second time = 2nd impression + not sure if the game was that really bad or not, and the 3rd time = our review + make sure that the game is bad.

@7md . . . am talking about star ocean on the PS2 . . the part where find out that they were some data on a computer all this time :S and you were in a cowboy-ish theme all that time and you like the game ! suddenly . . you`re in space . . RAAAGE !!!!
