Seems that news mentioning the 6th iteration of Capcom’s popular Resident Evil franchise might be around sooner than we thought. Keiji Inafune mentioned that he wanted the sequel to hit the markets as soon as possible, and here’s what we know about it:
– The game is a complete reboot to the series.
– Jun Takeuchi (RE5, Lost Planet 2) will not be producing this game.
It’s interesting to see what this year’s Tokyo Game Show has to offer and I bet some epic announcements will be made, and hopefully maybe the first Resident Evil 6 footage would be shown.
